1. Introduction

Welcome to Insuraindia, a SaaS-based insurance CRM platform owned and operated by Triosphere Tech Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the insuraindia platform, including all features, services, dashboards, and communication tools.

By registering, accessing, or using Insuraindia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Insuraindia.
  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
  • If you are an insurance agent, you must hold valid registration or authorization where required (e.g., IRDAI compliance where applicable).

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You are required to create an account to access Insuraindia.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • All activities under your account

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

4. Nature of Service

insuraindia is a technology platform (CRM) that enables:

  • Client and policy management
  • Renewal tracking and notifications
  • Communication tools (including WhatsApp integration)
  • Reporting and analytics
insuraindia does not provide insurance advisory, underwriting, or brokerage services.

5. User Roles & Responsibilities

5.1 Agent Responsibilities

  • Collect and process client data lawfully
  • Obtain explicit consent from clients before storing or communicating with them
  • Use the platform only for legitimate insurance-related activities
  • Ensure accuracy of policy and client data

5.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Use insuraindia for spam, harassment, or unauthorized communication
  • Upload false, misleading, or illegal data
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Use the system for non-compliant financial or fraudulent activities

6. Data Ownership & Usage

  • You retain ownership of the data you input into Insuraindia.
  • By using Insuraindia, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for:

Providing services

Improving platform functionality

Ensuring security

We do not sell your data.
